I know I’m not too big but I’m he large is perfect this is day 1 I’m 185 and I’m already satisfied on day 4 today I’m 181.5 a great product it is I would definitely recommend

Decided to pick this up because I was looking for something quick. The quality is amazing, workmanship was superb but, what caught me off guard was the fact that my regular size is a large so I decided to get a medium. The first day I struggled to get it on but the third day and on I found myself needing to get a size smaller. I dnt know if it got stretched out or my stomach shrunk but, I'm not fighting to put it on nor is it right anymore. Something to think about

I really like this waist trainer. I’ve had a few different ones in the past, but none of them compare to this one. This has several books (like bra hooks) so you can adjust the tightness, then it zips, and has Velcro for a snug fit. It’s really great quality material, and definitely helped me sweat more and supported my back during leg exercises. I wear a size 12-14 pants and 38 bra and I ordered an XL. It’s just snug enough; it’s tight but I don’t feel suffocated. I would definitely measure yourself before ordering.

Must say when I first opened the package first thing I noticed was the quality and how AMAZING it was. I ordered a medium and it fits great! It keeps everything tight and great back support. Haven’t worked out in it yet but will see how comfortable it is working out in it. Would definitely recommend.
