At Fitt-Curvy Men’s Fashion , we offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your package.


What are the conditions for a return?

To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or a screenshot of your payment).


🛠️ What if I received a damaged or defective product?


We’re sorry that happened! If your product is damaged, has manufacturing defects, or arrived in poor condition, please contact us within 14 days. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and offer a free replacement or full refund—your choice.


📦 My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

If your package hasn’t arrived within 40 days of purchase, please get in touch with us. We’ll investigate the delay and, if appropriate, issue a full refund.


📉 What if my order was incomplete?


If any items are missing from your shipment, we’ll either:

Refund the value of the missing items, or

Cover the return costs for a full return.

🔁 Can I exchange an item for a different size?

You will need to cover the return shipping costs. Our return center is based in Hong Kong.
